생성 실패: 크레딧을 잃었나요?

동일 결제 원천 자동 환불, Gallery 확인, 잔액 오류 시 조치.

크레딧 차감 후 생성이 실패하면 Apiway가 수초 내 같은 금액/source(plan/marketplace)로 try_refund_credits를 호출합니다. 보통 refund 요청은 필요 없습니다.

작동 방식

  1. Model run 전에 try_deduct_credits 실행.
  2. Model/post-processing error 시 handler가 원래 totalCost, from_plan, from_market으로 try_refund_credits 호출.
  3. Client는 failure를 받고 header balance가 수초 내 갱신.

잔액이 다르면

  1. Hard refresh 후 /app/gallery 확인. Image가 있으면 성공이고 차감이 맞습니다.
  2. 30초 대기; 1분 후에도 틀리면 support에 timestamp와 account email.
  3. 원인: heavy queue 503, upload 413, model refusal, network/timeout.
