AI summaries open ready, signatures fold away, and tasks reorder by hand

The AI summary in Main now answers from work done ahead of your click: summary cards are stored under one key per language, so a digest you opened as «Russian» no longer misses the cards warmed as «ru» and recomputes in front of you. A sender's business card is cut from the conversation and folded behind a Show signature link instead of filling the bubble, letters that carry mailing-list headers land in News even when Gmail left them in Primary, and a proposed AI reply is drawn as a violet draft bubble in the thread rather than a panel stuck to the bottom of the window. Forwarding opens a full composer instead of a pop-up, and to-dos can be dragged into the order you want in both the calendar and All tasks.

Opening Email now creates Your sending address as hello@<slug>.mail.apiway.ai. Campaign From on that platform host is hello@ and is not editable; Connect your own domain stays in Settings for sending from brand.com. Campaigns stay blocked until the address is Ready (usually a few minutes).

Your referral link is short, lands on the homepage, and Payments is live

Every account now has a short referral link of the form apiway.ai/i/<code> from its first visit — no partner code to create first, and no long id trailing the address. It opens the Apiway homepage rather than the sign-up screen, and you can point it at any Apiway page by typing that page under the link. The affiliate area also gained a Payments section: save where you want to be paid, see what is available, held and already paid out, and request a payout once the balance reaches the $25 threshold.

Chat turns are charged what they actually cost

Stopping a chat turn part-way used to round its cost up to a whole credit, which charged far more than the few thousandths of a credit the turn had really used; the remainder is now carried instead of rounded up. A batch generation where only some images succeeded also charged for every slot — failed slots are now refunded, and the usage list records the net. Usage shows amounts smaller than one credit instead of hiding them behind a rounded figure. Images and video are unchanged: they are charged at their published price.

Sort the gallery by app, and Account tells you whose numbers you are reading

The gallery can now be filtered by the app a file came from, so you can look at one app's output on its own. Account moved seats and shared credits into Billing so the Users tab is only about people, and the Users panel now names whose plan and balance it is showing. "Add another account" is now called "Sign in to another account" and says plainly that one account stays signed in per browser. Deleting your account now also revokes Calendar, Drive, YouTube and TikTok access and uninstalls the Shopify app, so nothing keeps billing you or reading your data.

Lead Transfer lists every automation, and HubSpot and ClickSend stay visible

Accounts with many Lead Transfer automations can now page through the full list instead of only the first hundred. If HubSpot or ClickSend is already connected, Connected Apps shows it as a real app instead of Soon, so migrated accounts can keep using those destinations. New connects follow what Connected Apps lists for your account.

Newsletters keep their design, and Requests opens on its summary

A designed mailing now renders as the page its sender built: its own layout is no longer thrown away when the letter's footer looks like a signature, which also ends the raw "=3D" text some newsletters arrived as, brings the Translate button back beside the subject, and hides the Calendar, Drive and Follow-up controls that do not belong on bulk mail. The letter itself is wider and no longer cut off partway down, and the sender's background colour stays inside the letter instead of flooding the screen. Requests now opens on its AI summary with the decision buttons under each card, and "Move to News & Other" became two honest buttons, To News and To Other, that file the conversation where you actually pressed. Newsletters are no longer labelled Outreach or admitted to Requests at all. The AI summary is now available on every list, including Sent, Junk and your own folders.

Bcc in the composer, and letters arrive the way you wrote them

The composer has a Bcc row beside Cc. What you compose is now what the recipient sees: no blank line appears under a heading, a video circle stays a circle, a screen recording gets softly rounded corners, and "pick a time" in a meeting block is a real link in the received email. Forwarding a letter carries its pictures, not just its text. Templates lose em dashes and typographic quotes when inserted, and so do AI drafts and summaries. The to-do list at All tasks was redesigned, and Mail gained a to-do shortcut, a back-to-top button and a "seen" mark on summary cards you have scrolled all the way through.

Legacy webhook and OAuth URLs now land in Studio

Old Apiway callback URLs for Stripe, Facebook, TikTok, Trello, HubSpot, Mailchimp and Lead Transfer webhooks are now handled by Studio compatibility routes. This keeps existing provider settings working while removing the extra legacy forwarding hop for new webhook and billing events.

Mail: two years of history, and it is already loaded when you open it

The list now fills two years back instead of three months, and it does it by itself — while it works, the footer says how far it has reached (“Loading your mail history — reached March 2025”) and disappears when it is done, so a deep scroll no longer ends at a button asking you to load more. AI summaries are computed ahead of time rather than when you click: the every-minute job now warms the newest conversations of Main first, then Requests, then News. And a few seconds after you open anything in Apiway, the first page of Main and the top summary cards are fetched quietly in the background, so opening Mail shows mail instead of a spinner.

Mail and Calendar: the fixes a click-through found

Every change from the previous two releases was driven by hand in the app, and nine things turned out to be broken in ways the test suite could not see. Follow-ups were being written to the default mailbox instead of the one you were reading, so they never appeared under Scheduled; scheduling the same follow-up again after a page reload now recognises it instead of queueing a second copy of the letter. The 90-day backfill was waiting behind a slower job and effectively never reached old mail — all connected mailboxes now cover the full period. A mailbox with many sender rules no longer claims "Mail routing is still syncing" forever. Search falls back to matching part of an address, so a half-typed address finds the conversation. Dragging a group conversation onto a tab now says why it can't be filed instead of silently doing nothing. In Calendar, the Meetings/Tasks divider keeps the width you set after a reload, dialogs close on Escape (their invisible overlay used to swallow every click on the page), and a task card no longer claims you can drop it on an hour.

Calendar: the day opens at working hours, with a task lane beside the meetings

The calendar now opens on today, and the day starts at the working hours — 8 AM to 8 PM fills the screen, and the rest of the day sits in a collapsed Non-working hours strip that shows how many events are inside it, so nothing is hidden and nothing is dropped. The day column is split in two on one hour axis: Meetings on the left, Tasks on the right, with a divider you can drag and double-click to reset. Tasks are a real to-do list for the day — add one for a whole day or a time, tick it off, edit its date, drag it to another day, and undated ones wait in their own "No date yet" section. A task the mail assistant created from a letter carries a link straight back to that conversation. Today / Tomorrow / Week tags replaced the old date stepper, a Calendar / List toggle shows the same two days as a plain list with times and attendees, clicking a half-hour slot creates a 30-minute event there, and a workspace with no booking page now starts with a ready "30-minute meeting" one.

Mail: the summary reads only what came in, search covers every mailbox, and missing letters are back

AI summary now summarizes incoming mail only — a conversation holding nothing but your own sent messages is skipped instead of reading your outbox back to you, and a thread with several people is written as a short attributed dialogue. A summary card can be dragged onto a tab or folder like any chat row, its ⊕ menu replies in the thread or sets a follow-up in one click, and News opens on the summary by default. Search now runs across every connected mailbox and merges the results by date, instead of quietly searching only the active one. Three causes of "my mail is missing" are fixed: the list now asks Gmail as soon as it meets a gap wider than 45 days rather than only when the cache runs out, the background sync walks backwards from today to a 90-day floor instead of resuming from the oldest row it happens to hold, and rows older than 120 days always print their year. A cold-outreach template that had been learned as a sender's signature no longer swallows the letter it is attached to, and a short message is never trimmed down to a bare greeting.

Mail: News and Other replace Secondary, plus a Scheduled filter

The Secondary tab is gone — News and Other now stand on their own in the tab strip. Nothing moved and nothing was lost: those two were already the exact two halves of Secondary, so every letter is where it already was, and a sender you sort into either one still follows the same rule. Neither carries an unread badge any more, because a count that always reads 99+ tells you nothing; Main and Requests keep theirs. A new Scheduled filter sits beside AI summary and collects everything on a clock — messages you scheduled to go out and replies you are waiting on — while those rows still appear in Main as before. Custom folders now list newest letter first instead of in the order you filed them. The AI summary also got a much better eye for pictures: it now judges an image by how much of the letter it fills, so a masthead, a footer glyph or a stray 100px block can no longer become a card's photo while the real full-width shot sits unused, a nicely laid-out photo grid is lifted whole rather than sampled, the same picture can't appear twice under two CDN URLs, and extra photos wait behind Learn more as a grid instead of stacking. Shop cards fill the card width, a single product no longer renders as half a shelf, a two-up row lines its titles and buttons up, and an offer line no longer stops mid-word.

Mail: an AI summary that reads a week of newsletters for you

AI summary turns a mailbox into a briefing: one card per sender with the facts pulled out — who did what, the numbers, the names — grouped by Today, Yesterday and older date ranges. It works over Main, Secondary and Requests, sits beside the Newsletters filter, and a card carries a one-line headline so a notification can be understood without opening it. A roundup newsletter keeps every article as its own row with a (link) at the end instead of a wall of blue lines; videos show a plain preview with a play button and load the player only when you press it; product mail shows the products. A gear beside the button sets the language the summary is written in — type any language, or choose Do not translate, which also switches off automatic email translation. Long cards open short with a Learn more that expands them in place, senders can be unsubscribed or muted from the summary through the menu next to their name, and returning from a letter puts you back on the same card instead of the top of the feed.

Mail: filters live with the list, folders can collect quietly, threads open at the first unread

The Unread / To respond / Waiting on them filters moved out of the tab strip to sit beside the List/Feed toggle — they filter Main, work inside folders too, highlight in bold instead of as buttons, and a click on the empty background clears them. A Sent chip joined the tab strip. Folder settings gained "Show this folder's mail in Main and Secondary": switch it off and matching mail (say, Stripe receipts) collects only in that folder without cluttering any feed — flip it back and everything returns to its place by date. Opening a conversation now lands on the first unread message under a "New messages" divider, and a Feed card whose thread holds several unread letters shows a compact digest with a "Read N new messages" button instead of an unreadable stack of previews. Also fixed: Google security-alert emails rendering as a broken staircase, a sent voice note painting the whole letter black in the feed, and Unselect during a long "Select all" re-selecting everything it had just cleared.

Newsfeed cards act like mail, folders get three tile formats

Reading Main as a feed got real controls on every card: an envelope icon in the corner marks a letter read or unread, a "No reply needed" button beside "Reply in thread" closes a conversation without answering so it leaves To respond, and the Next email button now rides next to the letter you are reading instead of the screen edge. Opening a card you already scrolled paints the conversation instantly. A folder tile on the board can now be shown three ways — icon only, compact pill, or large desktop folder — and a conversation filed into a folder shows that folder's icon and name in its header. The card menu gained a single "Move to folder" entry that unfolds your folder tree, senders whose unsubscribe link lives only in the letter footer now get the Unsubscribe button too, and video or screen recordings sent from the composer show a clickable preview in the recipient's inbox with no caption line under the player.

Shared workspaces, per-app member access, mail share modes, and a calmer composer

Workspaces now work end to end: an email invite lands even if the invitee wasn't signed in, accepting drops you straight into the joined workspace, owners can remove members or resend an expired invite, and a fresh session always opens your personal workspace — never a client's. Each app in a shared workspace can be opened to all members or restricted to selected people from the app's Settings. Sharing in Mail gained access modes: a mailbox or folder can be shared as "Can reply" (default) or "Read & download only", the shared folder page now shows full conversations with file downloads, and invited readers with reply access can answer right from the shared page. The mail composer was rebuilt around stable blocks: the caret no longer jumps on template or draft inserts, pasting a screenshot drops it inline, typing / in an empty paragraph opens the insert menu, and every paragraph has a Notion-style ⊕ and drag handle. Letters, folders and subfolders now drag like desktop icons — including dragging a letter out of a folder or a folder chip into another folder.

Read Secondary as a feed, and scroll the chat list to the end of the mailbox

Secondary can now be read as a Newsfeed instead of a list: the newsletters themselves are stacked into one scroll, each keeping its own layout, with a timeline down the left showing whose letter you are on. Scrolling the feed never marks anything read and never files it. Every Secondary row also carries a tag saying what kind of mail it is — Newsletter, Social, Updates or Forums — with a tooltip naming where the verdict came from. The chat list now keeps loading as you scroll instead of stopping after the first page: a list ends when its cursor stops moving, not when a page repeats rows you already have. Elsewhere in Mail: Create mail sits inside the top menu by default and can be dragged out onto the board, a voice note in a message shows its player again instead of two bare links, the Translate dialog says "Translate email" when the conversation is a single letter, clicking empty space beside an open folder returns you to Main, and a correspondent with no photo of their own now shows one published against their address or their company's mark rather than initials.

Account Billing and Profile no longer stay on Loading for Data Transfers after the billing profile loads. If you have a migrated Legacy data-transfer plan, the Usage tab now shows that period's allowance instead of the Studio 10 free transfers meter.

Imported Lead Transfer automations fill Telegram and Sheets from the lead again

TikTok and Meta leads sent to Telegram now show the person's name, city, phone and other answers instead of a JSON field blob. Google Sheets rows now land under the sheet's existing headers, including custom questions such as city and address, instead of leaving those cells blank. Use Lead Transfer in the current Apiway app; turning the same form back on in the old app can interrupt delivery because TikTok allows only one webhook per form.

Write a message in blocks, and keep Calendar or Drive open beside the assistant

The Mail composer body is now an ordered list of blocks: type a paragraph, drop a screen recording or a picture into it at the cursor, write more text underneath, then drag any of them into a different order. Pictures resize by their corner, voice notes show as a card instead of a line of text, and the arrow keys move the cursor above or below a recording so you can write around it. Calendar and Google Drive open beside the AI assistant instead of replacing the letter or opening a third column — the divider between them is draggable, and one button expands either to full width and back. A shared Mail folder now lists the people it was sent to, each with their own link, so revoking one person's access leaves everyone else's working. Folder trees also open while you drag a folder onto another one, so a folder can be dropped straight into a sub-folder.

Mail folders behave like desktop folders, and every dashboard number opens its list

A Mail folder set to Large display is now a desktop-style tile: icon, name centred underneath, no card behind it, and a real folder icon even when you upload none. A folder with a custom picture can be dragged again — the image was starting the browser's own drag and swallowing the gesture. Custom folder icons accept files up to 10 MB and are resized in your browser instead of asking you to shrink the photo yourself, the unused folder description field is gone, and Calendar and Google Drive show as icons alone, with the Google marks now used in the left rail too. Mentioned and Meetings start as cards in the folder column instead of tabs in the top strip. In Email marketing, the Subscribed, New and Unsubscribed cards — and the bounced count — now open the matching contact list, and the Audience growth chart draws the previous period over the same dates for comparison. An app opened from the Apps page that was missing from your desktop is now placed there and highlighted instead of leaving you to hunt for it.

Mail: unsubscribe or report spam — whichever is actually right for the sender

The thread header now offers one of the two, not both: a sender with a working unsubscribe link gets Unsubscribe, and Report spam moves into the ⋮ menu — unless the message fails the receiving server's own SPF/DKIM authentication, which is the shape of a phish dressed as a newsletter, in which case reporting stays on screen. If you unsubscribed and the sender keeps mailing, the report button comes back. Screen recordings pasted into a message now show an animated preview in the inbox rather than a still frame, per-sender auto-translation can be turned on for a correspondent, and the composer can drop a link to one of your existing booking pages without leaving the conversation.

Mail: text formatting in the composer and iMessage-style thread looks

Selecting text in the mail composer — or in the AI assistant's Ask field — now floats a formatting strip: bold, italic, underline, heading and link markers that turn into real formatting on send. The conversation gained two opt-in looks alongside grey and white: an iMessage-style thread with blue outgoing bubbles on white, and the same look in green. The burger menu now leads with the familiar mail rail, and an unscheduled follow-up stays visible in the thread instead of vanishing.

Lead Transfer now uses the same spend order shown in the app: every account gets 10 included Lead transfers each month, then successful deliveries spend 2 credits per transfer from the available credit balance. Free accounts with credits left no longer pause just because the included monthly transfers reached 10.

Mail: folders accept dropped chats again, and scheduled mail stops disappearing

Folder cards on the Mail canvas can be moved and can receive a dragged chat again — an invisible empty window was sitting over them and swallowing every click and drop. Dragging one chat out of a selection now files the whole selection, and the row shows a grab handle on hover. A scheduled email that fails to send is no longer hidden: it stays in the thread with the reason, and every pending send is listed under the burger menu, so a follow-up set weeks ahead is findable without remembering its conversation. The burger, Create mail and the tab strip stay put while the board scrolls, the board no longer scrolls sideways, and the search field says "Search mail" because that is all it does. Mail settings open as a full window with room for folder conditions, and the Sent via Apiway footer now previews the exact link recipients get — including a warning when a referral link needs a published creator profile first.

Two new image models, instant Comment → DM, and a Mail activity feed

Seedream and Seedream Lite join the model picker in every Creative template, and when the previous model declines a perfectly ordinary fashion shot the image is now re-rendered on Seedream instead of coming back empty. Comment → DM delivers from the Instagram callback itself, so a comment on your next post triggers the DM right away instead of waiting for the next sync. Mail gained an Activity view that says what a recipient actually opened — "Opened a Google Doc" rather than a 60-character link — and mail sent through Apiway carries a small Sent via Apiway line, which any paid plan can switch off or swap for its own profile link. Email marketing added an Active contacts segment for everyone who opened or clicked inside a chosen window.

Mail: every tab counts, links show as links, and threads open full screen

Every feed tab now carries its own counter, and Unread counts the whole inbox instead of just Main — so the number on the tab matches the chats under it. Opening a chat leaves the canvas and gives the conversation the full screen. In the composer, a URL you type is highlighted as the clickable link it will become when sent, and a normal Send now reads "Sending… you can still cancel" instead of showing as scheduled. Canvas windows lost their card backgrounds, gained edge handles for resizing, and a new Align all button snaps them onto one grid without moving anything else. Shared Google Drive pages picked up a Drive icon that opens the source folder and the standard footer with a Create AI workspace button.

Lead Transfer: webhook sources move through Connected apps

Webhooks App, Cognito Forms, and WooCommerce now appear as selectable Connected apps before they show up in the Trigger app picker. Their setup still generates a webhook URL, and test webhook payloads are saved while the automation is still a draft so field mapping can start before activation.

Mail: scheduled sends can now be shared the same way a draft can, shared drafts support comments, and there's a dedicated read-tracking explainer page. Email marketing: Integrations rows gained a rename/delete menu, campaign reports link straight to a preview of the sent email, and draft campaigns can be deleted. JEX: pools can carry an optional due date that cascades to every task inside them, columns can require a proof-of-work attachment before a card counts as done, and a card can be duplicated back into a pool for a retry.

Mail: Opens timeline, click tracking, and shared drafts

An Opens button next to Waiting/Unreplied shows a timeline of when your emails were opened across every thread, now mixed in with link clicks. A Track opens & clicks toggle sits in the composer (on by default, off per email if you want). Save as draft plus Share draft mints a public link — a signed-out visitor is sent to sign up first, a signed-in one gets view or edit access, and only the owner can ever send.

JEX: dedicated pool management page, inline rename, faster screenshot uploads

Boards now have a dedicated Pools page for renaming, editing, or deleting a pool without leaving the list. Pool and task names can be renamed inline, a delete-task button was added to the pool detail page, and pasting several screenshots in a row uploads them in order instead of racing each other.

Mail: instant chat list on repeat visits, drag-to-manage tabs

Opening Mail now paints the chat list from a local browser cache instantly while a fresh copy loads in the background, and recently-viewed conversations open from cache too. The feed tabs (Main/Requests/…) gained a manage gear for drag-to-reorder and hide/unhide, drag-and-drop onto a folder now highlights a single target instead of every folder at once, and the settings gear moved next to your avatar so it's no longer clipped.

The new Requests tab screens first-time senders — approve or block them before they reach Main, while everyone you've already emailed with is left alone. The composer gained reusable reply templates, a scheduled send can now pause itself if the person replies before it goes out, an All mailboxes view merges every connected inbox into one list, and any message can be opened as the raw original.

Account → Interface now has a Clock format switch (Auto / 12-hour / 24-hour). Auto follows your region; an explicit choice applies to message timestamps, the chat list, the schedule-send picker, and task comments. The chat agent can change it for you too.

Email marketing has a new Integrations tab: connect Tilda, Typeform, WooCommerce, Wix, Google Forms, Webflow, or any generic webhook, and every new form submission is added straight to a list — the connection link is shown once, and you can issue a new one at any time. Account settings now has a Profile photo section to upload, change, or remove your avatar.

Email marketing: contact search, bulk actions and list drill-down

The Contacts tab now has a search box that filters by email address, a list filter, and checkboxes for selecting many contacts at once — move the selection into a list or delete it in one action. Clicking a list name shows exactly who is in that list, and the Added column header toggles between newest-first and oldest-first so you can review recent imports or the oldest part of your base. The campaign wizard got a Back to campaigns button (your draft is kept automatically), and the email designer no longer shows the Add-a-section panel twice under the last section.

A room's recap now lays out action items as who-does-what rows and decisions as checked statements, each with a compact date chip that jumps to the source email. Undoing a scheduled send puts the text back into the composer instead of leaving it empty, and the Wait for reply toggle explains that it never delays sending.

Mail: much faster lists, Gmail-style scheduling, Waiting as a filter

The chat list, feeds and custom folders now load from Apiway's own index instead of calling Gmail on every open — typical list loads went from several seconds to well under one, and an empty feed no longer flashes a loading error. Schedule send got Gmail-style presets (Tomorrow morning, Tomorrow afternoon, Monday morning) with dates and times shown in your own locale and 12/24-hour convention, and a scheduled email now stays visible inside its conversation with a Cancel button until it goes out. The Waiting filter opens as a list like Unreplied instead of a popup, and a link shared to Telegram now opens a page with only that message's files and links — not the whole conversation's history.

Mail: Telegram chat picker, customizable quick actions

Send to Telegram now shows your real Telegram chats — people, groups and Saved Messages with their actual profile photos, newest first — so you pick a recipient instead of typing an id (typing @username still works, and channels are excluded). Mail now keeps Main, Secondary and Junk as independent base categories while user-created folders stay exclusive, show their total thread count, and can move between the top bar and workspace without duplication. Junk is limited to Gmail spam or an explicit user action, Unreplied conversations can be marked Complete without replying, outgoing messages show read-receipt status honestly, and shared rooms now carry better people, files, links and invite flows.

Add someone new via “+ Add” on a Mail conversation and, right after you save, Mail asks whether to share the conversation's room with them — say yes and they get an email from Apiway with the read-only room link immediately, on top of the normal reply. The room link itself now only ever rides a reply that is actually introducing someone new to the thread, instead of being appended to every message you send once a conversation had been shared once.

Screen Recorder is a free, no-AI tool: record your screen, mic and camera (with a Loom-style camera bubble), or grab a screenshot and mark it up with a pencil, arrows, text, numbered steps, and region blur — undo/redo included. The moment you stop, you get a short link (apiway.ai/v/… for video, apiway.ai/s/… for a screenshot) that anyone can open without signing in, with view counts, optional download, and a quick non-destructive trim/blur editor for video. Free recordings are capped at 10 minutes and kept for 30 days (the link keeps working after); free plans also get 30 video recordings a month and 200 screenshots or voice notes a day, so a script can't run up the bill — any paid Apiway plan removes every cap. A downloadable browser extension (Settings tab, one zip, no developer account) brings the same shortcuts to any tab and is offered once, right when you first open the app, before you've hit its limits; every file it or the app creates also shows up in Files, filterable by the app that made it.

Desktop: apps no longer stack on top of each other, and Apps store jumps straight to them

Fixed a desktop canvas bug where a newly added small icon tile could land directly on top of an existing large tile instead of beside it, reading as if an app had disappeared or been overwritten — free-slot placement now checks each tile's real footprint instead of a fixed small-tile box, and canvases saved with an overlap from before this fix self-heal on load. In the Apps store, an already-added app's checkmark is now a “Show” button that switches to the right canvas, opens its folder if needed, and pans the viewport to it with a brief highlight — and the checkmark itself now always matches what is actually on a desktop canvas.

Comment → DM: the opening photo now actually arrives — and desktop layouts stop resetting

A photo attached to the opening DM of a Comment → DM automation is now delivered inside the message itself, as one card carrying the picture, your text and the button. Instagram gives a comment exactly one private reply, so the photo used to be queued as a second message that was never allowed to send — followers saw the text and no image. Copy that does not fit the card's two text fields (80 characters for the first line, 80 for the rest) is sent as the previous text-and-button message rather than being trimmed. Separately, desktop canvas layouts save reliably again: a missing database permission was aborting each save's transaction, so tiles you moved or added came back in their old places after a reload.

Comment → DM: a live automation is read-only until you switch it off

While a Comment → DM automation is switched on it is running against real followers, so its settings are now locked: the column dims, clicking anything in it says “Switch the automation off to change its settings,” and the edits you make after switching it off take effect when you switch it back on. Nothing is lost and nothing changes underneath a conversation already in flight — if the automation shows as on, what you see on the screen is what is actually running.

Comment → DM: two follow-up messages, and the affiliate now replaces Apiway branding

A new “If they go quiet” section on the Comment → DM automation editor adds up to two follow-up messages for the followers who took your link and then went silent. Each one is an independent switch with its own wait, photo, message, link and button label; leave a field empty and it repeats your main DM. Everything has to land within 22 hours, because Instagram only lets the bot keep talking for 24 hours after the follower taps your button and that clock never restarts — the editor shows how much of the window is left and caps each wait to it. Turning on “Earn from Apiway” now switches the Apiway branding off on every plan: instead of the countdown page and the “powered by @apiway_official” note, your follower gets one partner-link message an hour after the last message in your chain, and you keep from 30% of Apiway's margin on anyone who signs up through it.

The Comment → DM automation editor (Apps → Comment to DM) now builds a full multi-step chain. An editable opening DM carries your own message, button label and an optional photo — the follower's tap on that button is what lets the bot keep the conversation going. Before delivering the link you can require a follow (checked with Instagram, with your own ask and retry wording) and collect an email and/or phone number; captured emails can flow straight into an Email-app list called “Подписчики с DM бота” so a welcome sequence can pick them up. The link DM takes its own photo too, public comment replies rotate through up to 5 variants you edit as separate rows, keywords are entered as tags (case-insensitive — PRICE and price match the same), and a Test this flow button issues a one-hour code you DM from a second Instagram account to run the real chain end-to-end before switching the automation on.

Every app now has a default preview format — vertical, horizontal, square, icon or text — set on the app's Settings page, and it looks the same in the Apps hub marketplace as on your desktop canvas. Auto-Reels: real-estate clips get real camera direction, not a zoom

Property reels now pick a camera technique per photo instead of defaulting to a push-in that read as a zoomed still: lateral rails that slide past foreground for parallax, dolly-ins for spacious rooms, a gentle arc-plus-push on detail close-ups, a slow partial twist on top-down shots, and tilt-ups for tall features. The storyboard also shows each frame's approximate time slot (e.g. Frame 2 · 2–4s) so the sequence reads as a timeline.

Public shared-folder links load small thumbnails instead of full originals, and creator earnings/showcase grids stop downloading multi-megabyte files into tiny tiles.

Pick several gallery photos at once in templates

The "Add from gallery" dialog in multi-photo templates (One Image → Full Photoshoot, Auto-Reels, Product Swap, Creators UGC photo sets, Outfit White Studio) now has checkboxes: tick several photos and press Add N photos to attach them all in one go. Tapping a photo still adds just that one — and the dialog now closes immediately so you can see it landed in your set.

Gallery loads faster and recovers from failed thumbnails

Gallery thumbnails for worker-generated images (Outfit White Studio, Garment on Mannequin) now serve from pre-generated previews instead of re-processing the full original on every view, so the grid loads noticeably faster. A thumbnail that fails to load now retries automatically instead of staying a gray tile. The "pick from gallery" dialog in templates no longer lists videos or empty entries — only images you can actually use as input — and per-image downloads work again for recently generated images.

The Apiway chat (/app/create) now concentrates on what it does best: generating images and videos inline and pointing you to the right Apiway template for the job. The app-building tools have been moved out of the default chat experience. Routine questions are answered by a faster model, and explicit Image/Video composer turns generate directly without an extra agent round-trip.

The Apiway chat (/app/Creative/app-builder) now creates images and videos from a prompt, right in the conversation. A "+" menu picks what to make — Create image or Create video — and a settings row exposes the same controls as the templates: image model, resolution, aspect ratio and how many variations; video model, aspect ratio and duration. Attach a photo and it's used as a reference — put a garment on a model, or animate a still. Every chat is saved and appears in Actions, and the agent knows Apiway's templates so it can point you to the best one for the job.

Two Creative templates for reusing the model photos you already shot and paid for. Virtual Try-On (/app/Creative/virtual-try-on) takes one model photo plus one garment photo and returns the model wearing it, keeping the face, pose, lighting and background. Product Swap (/app/Creative/product-swap) does it across many scenes at once — a 3-step Product → Image Scene → Settings flow where you upload your own photos (Paste / Upload / Website link / Gallery + drop) or pick From marketplace, tick the scenes you want, and generate a whole set in one run. In Create → Video, Kling 3 now shows its true clip lengths (5s or 10s) and Seedance shows 5–10s, instead of the Google 4/6/8 presets — so the length you pick is the length you get. Switching model snaps your duration to one that model actually renders, and the price shown reflects what each provider truly renders and bills before you generate.

A new Creative template turns one photo into fresh camera angles of the same scene. Upload a photo and we build a 3D plan of your scene; you place one or more cameras on that plan — orbiting each around the subject (front or behind) and aiming it where you want. The App Builder builds a working app for you by chatting: describe a CRM, an orders list, a bookings tracker, or a lead-capture form and it creates the data tables, an Overview dashboard, a board view, and example rows — then gives you a shareable page (its own link) anyone can open and use. New capabilities: public lead-capture forms, automations (on a new form submission → email you or POST to a webhook, with {{field}} placeholders), and connectors to your own Shopify, WayForPay, or any REST API (keys stored privately, never in the chat). It runs on Claude Sonnet when connected, streaming its plan and reasoning live as it works.

Apiway now ships a remote MCP server you can add to Claude as a custom connector: open Claude → Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the Apiway MCP URL from the setup page, then sign in to Apiway and click Allow. After that, Claude can check your credit balance and run image, video, and reel generations on your Apiway account — no API keys to manage. Auto Reels: preview extra angles as a storyboard before you generate them

On the director's-recommendations step there's a new "Storyboard preview" button: one generation lays the suggested extra angles out as a numbered contact-sheet grid (up to 9 per sheet, two sheets for larger sets) so you can eyeball them all at once for the price of a single shot. Tap the framings you like — on the grid or the numbered list under it — and only those render at full quality. It's a cheaper way to explore new angles than generating each one blind.

Auto Reels: shots stay true to your photos, one clean camera move each

Real-estate reels now only shoot what's actually in your photos — a separate check verifies each feature is really there and drops close-ups of anything that would have to be invented (no more a chandelier or ceiling that isn't in the room). Each clip gets exactly one smooth camera move (a push-in, a sideways glide, or a single diagonal) instead of two combined, so nothing jerks; top-down shots read as a clean overhead of the floor and furniture, never a sliced-open floor plan. When it does add a detail shot, it pulls the reference from the photo that shows that feature best (plus your other views of the same space) so it stays faithful. And the "restore shots you paid for" banner now only offers back shots from the set you're working on, never a previous one.

UGC Video Try-On: pick outfits on a look-by-look timeline

Upload just the reel first — UGC Video Try-On now finds each distinct look in the video and lays them out on a timeline (with a preview frame and time range for every look), then asks you to drop in a garment photo per look. You only pay once you've assigned garments and confirmed. Skip a row and that look keeps the garment from the look above, so one photo can cover several looks in a row. Tap any preview to zoom it. Garment photos are always downscaled before processing, so a heavy upload no longer fails those scenes.

Auto Reels: steadier cut, auto-retry on blocked clips, full-set analysis

Auto Reels now plays each clip once, in order, and cuts each to its calm middle — the montage no longer splits a clip into halves or replays it, and it drops the shaky first and last moment of every clip, so a frame never jumps, repeats, or judders. Real-estate reels now render clean and unstaged (no awkward AI-added people), and reels that mix daytime and night-version frames queue reliably. When the video model blocks a clip (a common, random refusal), the reel now automatically re-rolls that frame once before giving up, so most "blocked" gaps fill themselves in without you tapping Regenerate; a clip that still fails is simply left out and refunded. The photo analysis that plans your shots now reads your whole upload instead of only the first 10 photos.

UGC Video Try-On: swap the outfits in a creator reel, keep the video

A new beta template turns one creator reel into the same video with different clothes. Upload a single reel (up to 60 seconds) plus up to 10 garment photos, and the AI re-dresses the person scene by scene while keeping the original audio, timing, and motion — the music never drifts because the finished video matches your upload's exact length. You're charged by the reel's real duration (verified server-side). Scenes it can't safely restyle fall back to your original footage and are refunded, so a blocked or failed scene never breaks the video. Auto Reels: a realtor-grade director for property photos

Real-estate sets get a full director upgrade. The AI now walks your photos like a realtor and shoots what sells: medium "zone" shots of whole areas (the pool zone, the kitchen zone, a lounge corner) instead of random object close-ups, a top-down view of a furniture group or the whole room, fresh camera angles in large spaces, and a "night version" of any view — exteriors get glowing windows at dusk, interiors get warm lamps with twilight outside; in the finished video the night shot plays right after its daytime twin as a time-jump cut. Staged people appear full-body in the background (swimwear at the pool, never street clothes at the water), and beautiful decor pieces get their own mood shots. Every suggestion is now a card you can edit before generating — or tap 🎛 Remix on any photo to describe your own shot or let Autopilot decide. Generated shots drop into place next to their source photo with the clip note pre-filled, several can render in parallel, and a failed one keeps its card so you can just tap again.

Reframe: turn any photo into any format, with a 3D camera for new angles

The Reframe tool now reformats any image to any aspect ratio — 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9 or a custom W:H — chosen per image. Crop into clean slices for free, or frame an exact region and crop it free with "Crop area". "Zoom" and "New angle" use AI while keeping the subject, and "Angles ×4" fires several viewpoints at once. New angle is a globe camera control: tap the object the camera should look at, orbit it (drag or nudge arrows), pull closer or farther, or just describe the angle in words. Actions run in parallel with live progress tiles, every result opens full-size, and when you're done "Create video" sends the reframed photos straight into Auto Reels.

Auto Reels: a dedicated camera director per category, plus storyboard polish

Each category now drives its OWN camera treatment in the finished reel instead of one motion for everything. Real-estate exteriors get dynamic moves — forward and diagonal rail dollies, a slow crane up toward building height, and varied zooms, with fewer close-ups. Interiors stay calm: a gentle dolly with a slight turn plus accent moves that drift onto a nice decor object (a vase, a perfume bottle). Fashion leans into close-up zooms with a slight parallax. Buildings are never orbited or shot top-down from a ground photo, so nothing imaginary is invented. Three UI fixes too: the "Choose the products" step now scrolls a long list inside the card so Continue always stays on screen; the storyboard's drag handle is bigger and sits just left of the photo column so every frame lines up; and the finishing step is leaner — your category and product carry over from the earlier step, so the duplicate controls there were removed. The Vertical Reframe angle picker is also easier to use — hold-and-drag with nudge arrows and a closer/farther slider.

Auto Reels: an editable storyboard, category-aware shots, and a separate finishing step

The arrange step is now a storyboard — each photo shows an editable one-line "what this clip does", drafted by the AI director and tweakable in any language (we translate it on generation). Drag photos to set the order, with a clearer grab handle. Adding more photos no longer silently re-analyzes; instead the panel offers a one-tap "Suggest shots" that re-plans the scenario while keeping everything you already wrote. The reel is now planned by category — apparel, small product, furniture/interior item, vehicle, plants, and real-estate exterior/interior — each with its own shot rules, so architecture stays crop-only (nothing invented) while simple products still get a gentle turntable. Model, music and logo moved to a dedicated last step, and you can build a reel from up to 50 photos. The Vertical Reframe tool also gained per-image format presets and crop/angle controls, and opens straight on the edit screen when you come from a reel.

Auto Reels: confirm what you're advertising, real-estate mode, and a vertical reframe for landscape photos

After Auto Reels analyzes your photos it now shows a quick "Choose the products you're advertising" step — the main product is pre-selected, you can untick anything that isn't it or add what's missing, and the AI director then plans the whole reel around your choice. New real-estate handling: when it detects a building/exterior or an interior it offers a "Property (real estate)" or "Apartment (real estate)" hero (a mixed exterior+interior set gets both), and those reels are shot with steady push-ins instead of orbits so nothing imaginary is invented. Extra shots now stay faithful to your photo — crops and details of what's actually visible (architecture never gets fabricated angles, while simple products can still get a gentle turntable). You can add up to 50 photos per reel. And if your photos are landscape, a "Reformat to mobile" banner opens the new Vertical Reframe tool in a new tab with those photos already loaded.

Auto Reels: smarter extra shots — varied coverage, per-photo count, and a per-photo re-roll

The Auto Reels "Add extra shots" director got a big upgrade. It now studies the photos you already have and adds genuinely DIFFERENT shots — tight close-ups and details of specific things (a face, hands, a fabric detail, footwear, a furniture piece) instead of near-copies of the same wide shot. The number next to the button is now "per photo", so coverage spreads across all your frames. Hover any single photo and tap "More from this" to generate more shots from just that one — tap again any time for a fresh, different take. Generated shots now come out in the SAME shape as your photos (no empty bars) and are saved to your gallery so they're never lost. Tap a frame (or the zoom icon, top-right) to preview it full-size. The reel's own motion is more natural too — a gentle turntable orbit for objects, a subtle push-in for people. Priced per generated shot (20 credits each).

Auto Reels: let an AI director add extra shots from your photos

On the Auto Reels arrange step there's a new "Add extra shots" button. Tap it and an AI director looks at the photos you uploaded and generates a few extra frames from them — a tight close-up, a detail, a different camera angle — so a flat set of product or model photos turns into a more dynamic reel. The new shots drop straight into your frame grid as ordinary frames, so you can reorder them or remove any you don't want before you make the reel; the reel price then updates for the new number of frames. It keeps the same subject (same product, materials and colours) and only changes the camera. Priced per generated shot (20 credits each), and you're never charged for shots that fail.

Auto Reels: add photos straight from a product URL

When you build an Auto Reel you can now tap "From URL", paste a link to your product or landing page, and we pull the images off that page for you — no downloading to your computer. Pick the ones you want and they drop straight into the frame grid like any other photo. Works best on product and landing pages (Shopify, most storefronts); pages that build images purely in the browser may return fewer. Use only images you have the rights to.

Auto Reels: edit a finished reel, add frame notes, and download with or without music

A finished Auto Reel now shows every clip under "Your clips". You can Regenerate a clip, Replace it with a different photo, or Add a clip — only the new clip is generated and the reel is rebuilt, so you're charged just one clip, not the whole set. Each photo also has an optional Note (quick chips like "Zoom in slowly" or "Push in on the product", plus free text in any language) that tells us how to animate that frame. You can download the reel with music or as a silent version to add your own audio in Instagram, and download each clip on its own. Logos now appear larger and from the very first frame, and studio photos get clean matching bars instead of a blurred background.

Instagram Chats: reply, edit & resend, or delete any message + a Response speed view

Each message in the Chats inbox now has a ⋯ menu. Reply quotes that message so Instagram shows it as a native quoted reply on the recipient's side. Edit & resend (on your own sent messages) loads the text back into the composer and removes the original once the corrected DM sends. Delete hides a message from Apiway while it stays in the Instagram app. A new Response speed option in the inbox menu replaces each chat's preview with its first- and last-reply times and floats the slowest or still-unanswered leads to the top. Replies to your story from people who don't follow you now show their content in the inbox instead of arriving blank.

Big upgrade to Auto Reels from Photos. It now detects what you're advertising (clothing on a model, shoes, cosmetics, a bag, etc. — and you can override it) and tailors the camera motion to suit, with much calmer, more natural movement instead of jittery animation. Photos keep their true vertical 9:16 framing without stretching, and you can drag photos to set the exact order they play (your storyboard). The logo overlay now lets you pick a color — white, black, or original — and show it at the start, end, both, or throughout. Auto Reels from Photos now lets you overlay a logo on the finished video — tick "Add a logo", upload it, and choose whether it appears at the start, the end, or both, with a smooth fade. The background is removed automatically, so you can upload a logo with or without one. The reel page now also shows a step-by-step progress tracker (planning → generating each video → editing) with an estimated time.

Two new Creative tools (beta). Fashion Video from scratch generates a short video from a text description or animates a photo, powered by Google Veo — pick aspect ratio (9:16 default), duration (4s default) and model (Veo 3.1 or the cheaper Veo 3.1 Fast). Auto Reels from Photos takes up to 10 photos, animates each into a clip, then auto-edits them into one finished vertical Reels with music — ready to post. Pricing is shown up front; failed clips in a Reel are refunded automatically and the individual clips are saved to your gallery alongside the final video.

Instagram Chats inbox: cross-surface read sync + roomier reply layout

When you reply to an Instagram conversation from anywhere — the native Instagram app, Creator Studio, another tool, or Apiway itself — the Chats inbox now clears that conversation's unread badge automatically, so a reply sent from your phone no longer leaves a stale unread count in Apiway. The thread also gets more room: the right-hand client card is collapsed by default (toggle it from the thread header) and the reply box is taller and resizable.

Edit a Shopify product's details from inside Apiway

The Edit button on a Shopify-synced product now opens a card-style form — the same design as the shared-product card editor — where you can change the title, description, status, vendor, type, tags and per-variant price, compare-at price, SKU and barcode. Save to Shopify writes the changes back to your store and re-pulls the saved state, so editing product text is no longer one-way. Shopify stays the source of truth and webhooks keep the mirror in sync.

Photo score badge shows the full 1–100 scale

Tapping the aesthetic-score badge on a creator profile or photo now shows the full scoring scale — from "throwaway snap" (1–29) through "normal" and "strong shot" up to "brand-grade" and "masterpiece" (95–100) — with the photo's own band highlighted. The badge itself was restyled to a neutral look.

Products imported from your connected Shopify store now mirror their full structure inside Apiway: option sets (like Color and Size), a per-variant table with price, SKU, inventory and the variant's featured photo, and any custom fields (metafields) your store defines. You can now permanently delete a supplier product card from the Suppliers hub. Retailers can delete any card they own; suppliers can delete a card they're building while it's still editable (not yet in review). Deleting removes the card and its photos and can't be undone.

Instagram back-catalogue import is now a months-long smart scan

When a creator lets the DM bot analyze their Instagram, Apiway no longer dumps the latest 50 posts at once. It now quality-checks the whole back catalogue (back about three years), skips accounts that rarely post, and auto-publishes only the photos that are genuinely brand-worthy — paced gently over the coming weeks so nothing gets flagged. Creators who already tapped "Sync 50 posts" were enrolled into the new scan automatically, no extra permission needed.

Card settings: force ALL CAPS titles and pick how suppliers identify variants

Retailers get two new controls in supplier Card settings. Turn on "Title must be ALL CAPS" and supplier titles auto-capitalize as they type — handy when your Shopify catalogue uses uppercase names, so nobody has to re-edit. And "How suppliers identify each variant" lets you pick one method — standard color, preview image, or base pattern — that every supplier uses, so the card shows just that one control instead of a mix.

When a retailer approves a supplier's product card, Apiway now pushes its title, description, price, colors, and photos into the retailer's connected Shopify store as a draft product — ready for a final look before you publish it. Connecting a Shopify store still imports all of its existing products into Apiway, so the catalog stays in sync both ways. Reconnect your store once to grant the new write permission.

When automatic review flags any frame as containing a minor, explicit content, or a reposted screenshot, the whole photo set is now unpublished instead of only the flagged frame. Curable group-photo holds are unchanged — those still hide just the affected frame so the rest of the set keeps selling once you confirm consent.

Creator Studio → Photos now has an Unpublish action: select any live photos and tap Unpublish to take them off the marketplace in one go — the exact inverse of bulk Publish — and you can publish them again any time. Separately, when Apiway's automatic review flags a single photo in a set (for example a posed group or a suspected minor), only that one frame is now hidden instead of taking your entire photo set down, so your clean photos stay live and keep selling while the flagged frame waits.

In Creator Studio → Photos and on your public profile, the photos you uploaded yourself — directly or imported from your own Instagram — now always appear before photos that credit a co-author. Co-authored photos, whether you own the set and split the earnings or someone else owns it and credited you, sort to the bottom of the feed so your own work leads your storefront. Pinned photos and recency still order the listings within each group.

Instagram-imported photos publish more reliably

Photos Apiway imports from your own Instagram feed are already vetted by Instagram for explicit content, so the marketplace review now trusts that: imported frames skip the explicit-content and screenshot checks and are only held when they show a posed group or a minor. Photos you upload directly in chat or on the web still get the full check. Frames whose automatic review didn't finish the first time are now re-checked on a schedule, so they no longer get stuck unpublished.

See your referral network across two levels

Creator Studio has a new "Your network" card that shows how your referrals stack up across two levels: Level 1 is the people you brought to Apiway, Level 2 is the people they brought. You earn 20% of Apiway's margin on every Level 1 sale and 10% on every Level 2 sale, and the same breakdown is available in the @apiway_official DM bot under Affiliate → My network.

Group photos into co-author folders and invite with one code

Inviting a co-author across many photos no longer means repeating yourself per set. In Creator Studio → Photos, select photos and tap "Add to folder…" to drop them into a named folder (auto-named "Creator 1", "Creator 2", … and renameable any time), keep adding more over several sittings, set the co-author's Instagram handle, role, and percentage share once, then tap "Generate invite code" for a single code that covers every photo in the folder. When that person registers or links the same Instagram handle, Apiway shows you a confirm prompt to accept them — never a silent add — because accepting attests consent and locks in their revenue split.

The Photos tab in Creator Studio used to show only your first 100 published photos, even when your public profile already listed many more. It now loads your entire catalog, so the bulk select-all, delete, and move-to-set actions reach every photo you've published — not just the most recent 100.

Invite a co-author by code — they accept in Instagram DM

You can now split a photo set's earnings with someone who isn't on Apiway yet. Open the set, pick the person's role and share, and Apiway gives you a private code (like K7QX-2M9P). Send it to them; they DM the code to @apiway_official to accept and start earning their share — the bot signs them up right in the chat if they're new, and their acceptance also clears the consent hold on a group photo. Already-registered creators can still be added directly by nickname.

Screenshots of social posts are no longer accepted as marketplace photos

When you add a photo to your storefront, Apiway now detects images that are screenshots of a social-media or messaging app — Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, a DM thread — by their visible app interface (the @username header, like/comment/save icons, a view counter). Those frames are blocked automatically as likely reposted third-party content, and the block is permanent: unlike a posed-group photo, it can't be cleared by attesting consent. Upload the original photo file instead of a screenshot and it publishes normally.

The comment-to-DM automation (the AI agent button in @apiway_official) now runs a two-step flow: when a follower comments your keyword, the bot sends a welcome DM with your message and a Start button, and the link is delivered only after they tap Start. The feature is free on every plan. On the free plan the link opens through a brief Apiway-branded redirect page and the follower sees a small “Automation powered by @apiway_official” note; any paid plan removes the Apiway branding and links directly. There is also a new “Comment to DM” tutorial under the bot's Tutorials → AI automation menu.

Comment-to-DM automations now catch comments posted right after you publish

When a comment-to-DM automation is set to fire on your next new post, it now also replays the comments that were already on that post the moment the rule attaches. Previously, if a follower commented the keyword in the brief window between publishing and the automation binding to the post, that comment was missed; now those early comments get the public reply and DM too. It only ever reads your own post with your own connection, and each comment is handled once.

Instagram connections stay linked instead of expiring after an hour

Connecting Instagram now always upgrades your access to a long-lived (60-day) token before saving it, and the daily refresh keeps it alive indefinitely. Previously a transient hiccup during connect could leave a short-lived token that quietly died within an hour and forced you to reconnect; that case is now retried and, if it still fails, the connect stops with a clear error instead of saving a token that won't last.

Set up comment-to-DM automations from Instagram DM (AI agent)

The @apiway_official DM bot has a new AI agent button that builds ManyChat-style automations: when a follower comments a keyword on your Instagram post, the bot posts a public reply and sends that follower a private DM. You choose the scope (an existing post you forward into chat, your next new post, or all your posts), set the trigger keyword, the DM text, an optional link button, and one or more public comment-reply variants that rotate so it reads human. Automations only run on your own posts and need your Instagram connected.

The DM bot's Account menu now has an Upgrade button that opens the pricing page already signed in, so you can pick a plan and pay in a couple of taps. When you move from the free tier to any paid plan, the bot DMs you a confirmation with your new plan name and credit balance. Your Account summary in DM now shows a 'Credits: N left (plan)' line for the generation credits on your plan, separate from your marketplace payout balance. On My Photos → Unpublished, each card's button changed from Publish to Moderation info: tapping it first explains why the set is hidden (held for consent, still analysing, or unpublished by you) and then offers Publish / Delete.

My Photos in the DM bot now opens a Published / Unpublished chooser. From the Unpublished list you can tap Publish to put a hidden photo set live again; a set that moderation held shows a consent confirmation first ('everyone shown agreed to appear, and there are no minors') and stays auto-checked after it goes live. The Affiliate menu now leads with the earnings split (30% of margin on referred brands, 20% on referred creators, no cap, no expiry) and hands you a separate link for each place you post — Profile link, Reels/Post, Stories, and YouTube. The Reels/Post guide now states both conditions plainly: your caption must mention @apiway_official and a follower must reshare that exact post in DM, or the signup won't be credited to you.

Faster Instagram auto-sync resume + clearer reconnect prompt in the DM bot

Turning Instagram auto-sync back on from the DM bot (Account → Connections → Instagram sync → Turn on) now drains your backlog on the next 5-minute tick instead of waiting up to ~2 hours against pre-pause work. If your Instagram connection has expired, the bot now sends a Reconnect button instead of a misleading 'Auto-sync resumed' message. The post-link DM menu was tidied: the top-level 'Onboarding' chip is now 'Tutorials', and 'My Photos' moved into the Account menu next to Balance and Sign in.

Three Phase-2 re-engagement nudges sit inside Instagram's 24h customer-care window for creators who linked but haven't published: +1h sends the first three real photos and a profile share CTA, +3h prompts an empty-profile push, +23h sends the last-chance reminder. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use moved on-domain to /legal/privacy-policy and /legal/terms-of-use, with a new categorical subprocessor list at /legal/subprocessors; the prior Tilda-hosted pages at apiway.ai/privacy-policy and apiway.ai/conditions are superseded. The /creators landing now matches the home-page hero scale on phones (no more shrunken H1/subtitle) and gets a hamburger menu — the Sign up entry on this page sends visitors directly into the creator-mode signup. Every creator profile gains a Share profile button (one-tap clipboard copy of studio.apiway.ai/<nickname>) for both visitors and the owner; owner action row also picks up an Add photos shortcut that jumps straight to the bulk uploader, and the previous Publish profile / Edit buttons are unified as Edit profile so it is clear what happens next. Listing flows (single Sell, Edit photo set, bulk upload) now show an inline Minimum is 83 credits to publish hint when the creator pool drops below the floor, and the bulk upload page hides the Advanced prompt panel on phones. Heavy templates offloaded to a dedicated generation worker

Ghost Mannequin and AI Photoshoots now run on a dedicated Docker generation-worker pool (10 containers, 64GB RAM, AWS S3 storage) instead of the Render web process. The Next.js app and the worker communicate via a Supabase generation_jobs table — a clean rollback path is preserved by toggling the OFFLOAD_TEMPLATES environment variable. Result: 5–8× faster batch throughput on the heaviest templates.

Alpha confirms the design hypothesis: dedicated post-processing eliminates the grey-cast problem that ships from raw image LLMs.

Stripe billing — 7-tier credit plan structure shipped

Apiway's billing layer wires up to Stripe with seven tiers (Free, Starter, Basic, Pro, Studio, Business, Scale) and a unified credit accounting model: 1 credit = $0.01 USD, deducted before generation via try_deduct_credits and refunded on failure. Plan transitions and pro-rations are owned by Stripe; the app derives plan from the active subscription's price_id.
