How earnings work
The programme rewards customers who stay, pay and use Apiway. Important rules are visible before you join — no surprise conditions after you refer someone.
You earn 30% of contribution margin from customers you referred. When a partner you brought refers a qualifying customer, you receive 10% of that same margin. The total stops at one level.
Your first confirmed independent paid customer opens the programme. Commission starts with customer #2 and is not backdated to the first customer.
Free signups do not count. Monthly plans need two billing periods; annual plans need one payment held for 30 days; one-time products need two purchases at least 30 days apart. Meaningful use is always required.
Commission uses the standard paid price less direct AI, email, SMS and paid API costs. Apiway funds the 10% customer offer, so it does not reduce your commission basis.
Bring one new confirmed independent customer every 180 days. If you miss it, the existing portfolio has one final 180-day wind-down before new accruals stop.
The paying workspace belongs to one partner. Self-referrals, cycles and clear linked payer identities are rejected. Every commission has a separate 30-day hold; the payout threshold is $25 USD when payout access is enabled.
