The Workspace is the home page of Apiway after sign-in: your apps as tiles on canvases. A canvas is a named set of tiles in the order you put them; tiles that do not fit the window go to a second screen of the same canvas.
Steps
- Open the WorkspaceSign in to Apiway. The Workspace opens first. The left rail has App marketplace, Files and All actions. — open in Apiway
- Switch a canvasThe tabs at the top are your canvases. Click a tab to switch; double-click it to rename.
- Make a canvasPress New canvas at the end of the tabs.
- Edit canvasesPress Edit canvases to reorder or delete them, then Done. Delete canvas removes a canvas and everything arranged on it; it cannot be undone.
- Go to the next screenWhen a canvas has more tiles than the window holds, short marks appear under its tab (Screens of this canvas). Scroll down or press a mark.
- Add an appThe cell Add app stands after the last tile. It opens the App marketplace.

If it did not work
- Some tiles are missing: They are on the next screen of the same canvas. Scroll down, or connect a larger display: more rows fit at once.
- A canvas is gone: A deleted canvas cannot be brought back. Add its apps again from the App marketplace.
Questions and answers
Does the layout change between a laptop and a big monitor?
No. The order of the tiles is the same; only the number of rows on one screen differs.
Is the Workspace the same as a desktop?
Yes. The product calls it the Workspace.
