Press Add to Workspace and choose the canvas from the list. An app from the App marketplace and an app or a presentation you created are added the same way; nothing you create appears on the Workspace by itself.
Steps
- Find the buttonIn the App marketplace: the plus on an app's tile or row. For an app or a presentation you created: the ⋯ menu of its card in My apps or My presentations, the page of a published app, or the screen Your link is ready. — open in Apiway
- Press Add to WorkspaceA list of your canvases opens under the heading Add to canvas.
- Choose the canvasPress Add beside a canvas. A canvas marked Full cannot be chosen. New canvas at the end of the list makes a new one.
- Check the lineA line confirms the canvas, for example Sales deck added to Canvas 1. Change opens the list again. Show on Workspace opens that canvas.
- Find it laterOnce a thing is on a canvas, the same menu item reads Show on Workspace and opens that canvas.

If it did not work
- A canvas says Full: Choose another canvas, or press New canvas.
- A window says “No room on “Canvas 1””: The canvas filled up while the list was open. Choose another one in that window.
- A presentation has no Add to Workspace on its page: Publish it first; the button is on the published app's page and in the card's ⋯ menu.

Why is my new app not on the Workspace?
Created things are never put there by themselves. Press Add to Workspace and choose the canvas.
Can an AI agent add a tile for me?
No. Only the person changes what is on a canvas.
