Open App Factory and press AI Assistant in chat; inside are an assistant from scratch, a Telegram bot and an Instagram bot. You answer a short brief, test the bot in Apiway, connect it to your account and publish.
Steps
- Open Create an appOpen App Factory in Apiway. The first screen is Create an app. — open in Apiway
- Press AI Assistant in chatUnder Template categories press AI Assistant in chat and pick the Telegram bot, the Instagram bot or the assistant from scratch.
- An assistant from scratchIts one question is Where does the assistant answer?. Then Summary and Launch. The brief goes on as the bot of that messenger.
- A Telegram or Instagram botIts brief asks what kind of bot you need (a menu of buttons, or a bot with AI), what clients usually write to you, how it should answer and where requests go.
- Connect the channelTelegram: create the bot at @BotFather in Telegram and paste its token on the bot's page in Apiway. Instagram: connect your Instagram account on Apiway's page.
- Test and publishTry the answers on the bot's page before publishing. Then press Publish.

If it did not work
- The bot does not answer in Telegram: Check that the token from @BotFather is pasted and the bot is published.
- The bot makes up an answer: A bot with AI answers only from your data. Add the missing price or fact on the bot's page.

Do I need my own Meta app for Instagram?
No. Direct messages go through Apiway.
Does the token pass through the chat with my agent?
No. Enter keys only in Apiway; the token is stored as a secret of the app.
