Is there a way to display a card FULL SCREEN ?

It would be helpful in some situations, like for example : 1. When you are showing a card to someone behind the computer, but you don't want to show the other cards on the background. 2. When you want to look for a word with "CTRL + F", but only in one card content (and not in all the boards other cards)

What is the issue with syncing with google calendar?

I see a lot of posts suggesting a different add-on to sync to the calendar. It sounds like it’s slow to sync but wondering how slow, if so. Also, what does a card look like on the calendar? Does it mention the board name? Thanks

Is there a power-up or way to make sure a card never gets archived?

We have several columns on a board that butler auto archives every week but there are a few that accidentally get in those columns and then the contents on that card fall off my radar since I’m not seeing it

I have a Butler rule on my board

I have a Butler rule on my board that when a card is added to a certain list, it will add that day as a due date to it and mark it as complete. How many commands does that count as? Or is it an operation? I’m trying to see what I need for what I want to do, and how to limit my Butler commands if I have to. Thanks!

Snooze. It allows me to clear my digital distractions by archiving a card until a later date/time

Wouldn't Asana be the closest alternative?

Seeing a lot of people are jumping ship from Trello because of the new updates. Wouldn't Asana be the closest alternative? Just curious as I keep seeing Notion come up as the recommendation to try

Does anyone else here use Trello to manage their homeschool?

I am figuring out how to, and my kids (ages 9 and 13) already love it. I would love to hear from other homeschool parents how they are using Trello

I did earlier this school year and it helped. I had one board for curriculum subjects, goals, tips and planning ahead and another board with the weekly plan

Is there a power up or SOMETHING that will allow me to format what I type in the description??

I'd like to be able to underline, Bold, italicize, indent, etc. Without going through all the extra stuff(i.e., "**" before the word and "**" after the word to get it bold, etc.)... I'd love to be able to format in the standard way

I prefer Ummense than trello. Trello had its benefits but today, not anymore. Power up for everything. That sucks. Ummense is still in Portuguese only

If you're using a pc you can use the standard shortcuts - ctrl B, ctrl U, ctrl I etc, don't know if that helps you.

I'd like to set up an automation that at 9 p.m. every night the "Today" label is removed from every card on the board

I'd like to set up an automation that at 9 p.m. every night the "Today" label is removed from every card on the board. Is that possible? I tried to do a scheduled command and rules, but couldn't find this specific action. Any ideas?

6 answers, 0 articles
Definitely doable. I used it to collect all completed cards for the week to generate a list for my invoice. Use collect card action into links after your trigger and iterate through it using “for each card in checklist item” and then archive card. Under collect, define your criteria based on your board design

Some of my Boards are closed and not available to view

I’ve opened trello on my iPhone to find some of my Boards are closed and not available to view. Messsge states that there is no more room on the Board and I cannot reopen when I select reopen Board. This is a big worry as I cannot access any of the information. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution ?

Is it possible to add the contents of a card to another card?

So I add notes to my trello board from my phone or iPad - I can only add them as individual cards? I want to then move those notes to a specific card that the notes is related to.... does that make sense? Is it even possible?

7 answers, 0 articles
In terms of relating cards, you can attach a card to another card. From there, you can create cascading rules with Butler (i.e. when x happens, find the first card attached and do x)

No. And you can’t move attachments from one card to another. I hope they add this feature in eventually

If i upgrade myself, can I pay for myself only and my friend remain on the board as a free user?

Hello, I currently use the free version of Trello and am considering upgrading to the business class. I have one 'team member' who is my Virtual Admin assistant. If i upgrade myself, can I pay for myself only and she remain on the board as a free user? Or, do i also have to pay an additional membership for her? I do not need her to have the upgrade version, but I do need her to remain on the board and to be able to continue to use the features she currently is using

If she's on one board, it's free of charge. If you want to add her to another board, you'll get a pop-up question if you're sure, because that will bring an extra charge. I have a business account and I work with a friend a lot, she has a free account. When I wanted to add her to a second board, I got this pop-up. So she made a board and made me a member, problem solved

From my understanding she'd need a license too

Top 5 Examples of Brands Leveraging Hyper-personalization in Retail

Gone are the times when you could simply segment your customers into one category and carry out conventional advertising campaigns. Techniques of mass marketing are no longer effective. Instead, customers want personalized experiences and solutions that are suited to their specific needs.

Customers’ behavior and shopping habits have evolved dramatically in recent years. Other considerations have been pushed aside in favor of convenience. Customers have begun to expect retailers to provide a better omnichannel experience.

The need of the hour is personalization in retail. Being a retailer, you must give heed to changes in customer behavior and preferences and implement hyper-personalization marketing campaigns to fine-tune your customization strategy to match their needs.

5 Examples of Hyper-Personalization Done Right

Here are the best examples of how big brands are harnessing hyper-personalization strategies to win over customers and serve them the best way:

1. Stitch Fix Personalized Clothing Styles

Stitch Fix is an online retail platform that provides customers with personal stylists that assist them in finding apparel that matches their particular style preferences. Customers are surveyed to determine their style and preferences, after which a stylist picks and chooses five products for them. Then, the products are shipped to the customer, where they may try them all out and only pay for the ones they choose.

Stitch Fix emphasizes the need for consumer feedback for effective product recommendations so that the firm may continue to learn what works and what doesn’t.

This way, a brand could develop a hyper-personalized experience over time by formulating a business strategy that asks customers for their preferences and delivers the perfect product for them.

2. Naked Wines Recommendation

Naked Wines is an eCommerce platform that sells wine. To increase sales and customer retention, the firm employs a unique hyper-personalization technique.

Customer reviews are collected to personalize the wine tasting and purchasing experience. When you evaluate the wines you drink, Naked Wine leverages the information to suggest more wines they believe you’ll enjoy.

The customer data gathered is fed to the personalization engine for displaying better wine recommendations to the users. Naked Wine additionally personalizes emails based on consumer feedback and purchase history. You’ll get product offers and promotions tailored to your tastes and budget.

3. Amazon’s Customized Homepage

Amazon has taken complete control of the ability of customers to engage with its website, thanks to its enormous inventory and several subscription options. Amazon also delivers a customized homepage for every customer based on their previous purchasing behavior, preferences, wishlist, and cart. Predicting a customer’s wants makes it simpler to locate what they want and uncover new products.

Amazon collects this information using predictive analytics. The company leverages both historical and real-time data to develop a strong understanding of its consumers. It then employs hyper-personalization marketing campaigns to enhance customer experience and satisfaction levels.

To customize its users’ fitness routines, Vi utilizes AI and real-time monitoring. When you sign up with Vi, it gathers personal information as well as your fitness goals. The app records your running pace, distance covered, and heart rate to personalize the workout recommendations.

Vi Uses Real-time Data to Send Notifications

Vi utilizes this real-time data to send notifications to users regarding their workout activities, health condition, and performance. This personalization has reaped multiple benefits like improved customer loyalty, conversion, retention, and positive customer feedback, for the company.

5. Care/of Product Recommendation

Customers are requested to undergo a quiz about their lifestyle and aspirations, after which they receive a personalized list of daily vitamins and water-soluble supplements to take.
