Cold email bursts....automated staggering upload to CRM

Hi all, I am looking for a solution to sending out cold emails to a large database. Naturally I don't want to send out 6000+ emails all at once, I'd rather have them staggered. I'm keen on some sort of timed zapier solution where I can have all the data in a google spreadsheet and have zapier upload 40 or 50 contacts at 30 minute intervals to my CRM (highlevel) which will then send the emails out on that interval (mailgun). Any ideas?

Why not do a programmed automation in Google Sheets to send out the email. You could essentially exclude Zapier altogether

What do you do to document your library of no-code automation processes?

Between Zapier, Integromat, Parabola, Airtable automations, etc, I would love to have some "manual" to help onboard new employees into our various systems and also document how everything I've built works. Would Gitbook be a good solution? Something else?

Flow charts, google docs, and loom videos. I like Gliffy and Lucid Chart. Mira is another one for flowcharts that seems decent enough. Google Docs because they are transportable and easily setup in a Google Site

Not with Zapier. You can send the data to a Googlesheet, but the better option would be Airtable, or another database

IF I share a zap with someone outside of my organization does it share the accounts attached to the zap?

or just the zap steps and field mapping, and will they need to login into the account that the zap is using?

It just shares the steps. They’ll have to connect their own accounts. HOWEVER, if you’re using web hooks and you type in your API keys or authentication data, that carries over in your template. So be sure to delete that before sending the link

is it possible to send reminder emails if no new documents were uploaded after x days?

I set up calandly to create folders, slack channel, upload instructions and share. Everytime they upload a file, channel gets notified. Question... is it possible to send reminder emails if no new documents were uploaded after x days Question2 have can i organize each persons file link in excel. I am pretty experienced with using sheets to do work for me but this is like 4 levels of hierarchy and i dont work well in the 5th dimension. Thank you!

For the first question, set a delay at the end of the first set of steps, have it wait a few days/week etc, then have it try to find a file in that folder. Make sure to keep the "is this considered successful if nothing is found" set to true. Then, use a filter step based on whether a file was found, continuing only if there wasn't. Then do whatever you need to do in that situation

Is it possible to have a Gravity Forms form on one site, publish that information to a Google Spreadsheet and from there create a WordPress / Memberpress user on another website?

We have created the Zap, made all the connections and each step works seperately. But when we turn it on the zap doesn't give any errors and turns off again. How can we troubleshoot this? Or how can we make this work?

Yeah, it can be done without a problem. You can make a google sheets web app that brings the data directly from your website to Google Sheets. Then you can have a trigger for row in Google Sheets to create a member press account

Ya your problem is Google Sheets. Drop the middle man and go from Gravity to Wordpress. Or switch the Actions. Just get it working to Monday

I use trello and zapier to schedule my social media posts. I love I have all my content stored in trello and I use the calendar to schedule it with zapier. I also use zapier to then repost it to other platforms with a time delay. I tend to use Butler to move cards around within trello and automatically set due dates etc for my weekly to do list etc.

I prefer zapier for apps which are not on integromat... I feel integromat more powerful than zapier..

Is there a way to pass data through a zap again after changing the zap?

I have 14 contacts that went through a zap from clickfunnels and filtered out the wrong data so none of the contacts made it fully through the zap.

Hey is there a way to use a zap to search for information from a web site like a property appraiser site and copy and paste into my crm acculynx?

There are website scraper tools that could be used, just need to find one with an output that can be machine read. It could either be spit directly to a Google sheet, or sent via email to a parsing engine to be processed before zapping to crm

no idea if this is possible via zapier. i asked a developer to create something similar (scrape data from property-platforms (in belgium - europe) and put it in a database). In case you want the contact details of the developer, let me know. at this moment - in my version - data is in a mysql database running locally so no real "searches/filters" can be done on this by end users. adding the data from an sql to your own crm-system should be possible but will cost you some hours of development i'm affraid

Create a task in a project for email/text marketing campaign when a google form is submitted. Create a task with subtasks in a project when a client wants to pause or cancel a program. How does this coordinate with the JotForm submission rules / Zapier automations already attached the the form being submitted? I.e. does the Zap only run if the form is approved?

I don't have personal experience with this but if you're already using Zapier and JotForm, should be super easy to test. Setup a quick Zap that triggers on the test JotForm that requires approval.

How can I replace a value that is not existing?

I'm making a zap that sends out a message to slack of GHL contact info. If the phone number is not existing how can I replace that to no data instead of just a space when it sends out a message to slack?

I often use a Google sheets step for that using an if formula to replace blank values with a default value. this allows me to use one step to format multiple data points (for example using the Proper formula to fix names in case they were added in all caps)

Does anyone know any workarounds for the Google Sheets Watch Changes Module?

I only want it to trigger once a change is made to a specific column. And/or I just don’t want it to use up so many operations because this google sheet has many tabs and many of them automatically update with QUERY formulas so it would trigger constantly. I have a filter so it only runs my steps if a specific column has a specific word but the module triggering alone would take up thousands of operations a month. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm trying to bypass Twitter's rate limits by scheduling batched tasks

Hi, I'm trying to bypass Twitter's rate limits by scheduling batched tasks (i.e. in a list of 100 entries, send 10 entries and then another 10 entries in 30 mins, and another 10 entires in another 30 mins and so on to Twitter to avoid exceeding rate limits). Is there a way we can do this for Integromat? If this has been asked before, could you please point me to the solution
