Open App Factory, press Web App (SaaS) and choose CRM on the screen “Where do we start?”. You answer four short questions, and an AI agent fits a ready CRM block — clients, deals, tasks and forms — to your business.

- Open Create an appOpen App Factory in Apiway. The first screen is Create an app. — open in Apiway
- Press Web App (SaaS)Under Template categories press Web App (SaaS).
- Who is the app for?Choose For me or my team (the app lives inside Apiway; you and your people sign in) or For clients (a product on your own domain; people sign up and pay).
- Where do we start?Choose CRM. From scratch is any web app in your own words; its one question is Describe your app.
- Answer the CRM questionsWhat do you sell?, The stages of your funnel (the stages are suggested; correct what differs), Where do leads come from? and Who works in the CRM?. Each has an example; Skip leaves an optional one empty.
- SummaryHere's what I understood lists your answers. Edit changes a line. Press Launch.
- Who buildsOn How will you build the app? pick External agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, DeepSeek Harness), External chats (ChatGPT Work, Claude) or Apiway AI Agent and press Next.
- Give the taskOn the task screen press Copy task and paste it into your agent, or press the button that opens the agent. Then press Open the app's page.
- Preview and publishThe agent sends its work to the Preview; only you see it. When it is right, press Publish.

If it did not work
- The CRM is filled with examples: They show how it works. Delete the example data when you publish, or ask your agent to remove it.
- You need another funnel: Tell your agent. Or use Edit on Summary before the launch.
Questions and answers
Is the CRM a separate product?
No. It is an app of yours, hosted by Apiway, that your agent can keep changing.
Who can sign in?
On the Free plan only you. On a paid plan you choose in Who can open it?: My workspace, Team workspace or Public.
