How to send Facebook & TikTok leads to Google Sheets

Connect a Facebook or TikTok lead-ad account and a Google Sheet once, and every new lead form submission lands in the sheet in real time — with a Telegram alert per lead — no Zapier subscription and no code.

What you need

  • A Facebook or TikTok ad account running lead-form ads
  • A Google account with a spreadsheet to receive leads
  • Apiway account

Steps

  1. Open Fb/TikTok Leads Transfer

Sign in to Apiway and open the Fb/TikTok Leads Transfer app from the Apps catalog or your workspace.

    Open in Apiway

  2. Connect your ad account

Authorize your Facebook or TikTok ad account through the official ad-platform login. Apiway only reads lead-form submissions — it does not post or edit ads.

  3. Connect your Google Sheet

Pick an existing Google Sheet or let Apiway create a new one, then map each lead field (name, email, phone, custom questions) to a column.

  4. Turn on Telegram alerts (optional)

Link a Telegram chat or channel to receive an instant message every time a new lead lands, so a sales rep doesn't need to watch the sheet.

  5. Go live

Save the setup. From this point on, every new lead-form submission appears as a new row in the sheet within seconds, continuously, with no further action needed.

Common mistakes

  • Mapping the wrong lead-form fields to columns

Lead-form field names can differ between campaigns. Double-check the mapping against a test submission before going live on a high-volume campaign.

  • Assuming it back-fills old leads

The automation only forwards NEW leads submitted after setup — it does not retroactively import leads collected before the connection was made. Export historical leads separately if you need them in the sheet.

Troubleshooting

  • New leads aren't appearing in the sheet — what should I check?

Confirm the ad account connection hasn't expired (ad platforms periodically require re-authorization) and that the lead form used by the live campaign is the one mapped during setup. A new lead form on the same ad account needs its own mapping.

  • Leads are landing in the sheet but Telegram alerts aren't firing

Re-check that the Telegram chat is still linked — if the bot was removed from the chat or channel, alerts stop silently while the sheet still updates normally.
