如何将 Facebook 和 TikTok Leads 发送到 Google Sheets

建立无代码 Meta/TikTok form → Sheets 路由，并可增加额外的 Telegram destination：准确 form、mapping、test、activation、usage、errors。Free 每月提供 10 次 transfer，Free credits 不能用于 transfer；付费方案从首条 lead 起每次扣 2 credits。

步骤

  1. 1. 创建 automation

    Lead Transfer → New；source 选 Meta/TikTok Leads，destination 选 Google Sheets。

    在 Apiway 中打开

  2. 2. 选择准确 form

    连接 account、page/advertiser 和 live form。若无 sample fields，创建 test lead。

  3. 3. 配置 Sheets

    授予全部 Google permissions，选 spreadsheet/worksheet，加载 headers 并 map columns。

  4. 4. 将 Telegram 添加为额外 destination

    在同一 automation 中再添加一个 Telegram destination step，使用 Apiway_official bot（或已连接的 custom bot）。在 Send leads to 中，Just me 会在按下 Connect Telegram 后发送到你与 @Apiway_official_bot 的私聊，无需 Chat ID；To a chat 发送到 group/channel：把 bot 加入后在该聊天发送 /id，并粘贴它回复的 Chat ID。映射 template 并 test。每个 step 独立投递与重试，lead 每次 automation 运行只计费一次。

  5. 5. Test、激活、监控

    测试后激活。只处理新 events，历史数据另行导入。查看 Usage 和 Error log。

常见错误

  • 映射错 form

    选择 live form，加载 sample，激活前检查 row。

  • 期待历史 backfill

    只接收激活后新 events；历史 leads 单独导入。

故障排除

  • Leads 未出现？

    检查 Error log、source/form、active、Google permissions、headers/mappings，再发 test lead。

  • Sheets 正常但 Telegram 不行？

    确认 automation 已启用并检查其 Telegram step：Just me 需要 Telegram 仍已连接，且与 @Apiway_official_bot 的聊天未被停止或屏蔽；To a chat 需要保存正确的 Chat ID，bot 仍在 group/channel 中并有权限。运行 test 并查看 Error log；Sheets 与 Telegram steps 独立重试，lead 每次运行只计费一次。
