  1. 1. Создайте rule

    Откройте /app/comment-to-dm или linked @apiway_official DM и создайте automation.

    Открыть в Apiway

  2. 2. Подключите Instagram

    Выберите правильный professional account, дайте permissions; needs reconnect исправьте до activation.

  3. 3. Задайте scope и trigger

    Specific, next или any post/reel. Keywords через запятую match case-insensitive substring либо Every comment.

  4. 4. Соберите reply и DM chain

    Опциональные public reply variants; opening DM button открывает 24h window; затем main DM + HTTPS. Advanced: follow gate, contacts, до 2 follow-ups в cumulative 22h.

  5. 5. Test, activate, monitor

    Проверьте account/scope/copy/link/branding, test с другим eligible account. Смотрите Usage и Errors.

Частые ошибки

  • Слишком общий keyword

    Любое keyword match как substring; используйте specific и тестируйте exact scope.

  • Путать comments и inbox triggers

    Story reply и DM keyword — отдельные trigger types без post scope.

Решение проблем

  • Keyword match, DM нет?

    Проверьте active, connection, scope и Errors. Privacy, permissions, rate limits/window влияют; follower должен tap opening button для следующего message.

  • Есть риск restriction?

    Official Meta APIs снижают риск unsupported access, но не гарантируют отсутствие limits. Не spam, соблюдайте consent/privacy/platform policies.
