단계
1. Rule 만들기
/app/comment-to-dm 또는 linked @apiway_official DM을 엽니다.
Apiway에서 열기2. Instagram 연결
올바른 professional account, permissions, activation 전 reconnect.
3. Scope와 trigger
특정·다음·모든 post/reel. A specific word or words에서 keyword마다 Enter를 눌러 case-insensitive substring match하거나 Any word로 모든 comment에 답장.
4. Reply와 DM chain
Public replies 선택. Opening button이 24h window를 열고 이후 DM+HTTPS. Advanced: follow gate, contacts, 22h 내 2 follow-ups.
5. Test·활성화·모니터
Account/scope/copy/link/branding 확인, 다른 account로 test, Usage/Errors 확인.
흔한 실수
일반 keyword
각 word는 substring match. 구체적으로 하고 scope를 test하세요.
Comments와 inbox 혼동
Replies to your story와 Sends you a DM는 post scope 없는 별도 trigger입니다.
문제 해결
Restriction 위험?
Official API가 unsupported access 위험을 낮추지만 limits 없음을 보장하지 않습니다. Spam을 피하고 policies 준수.
Match인데 DM 없음?
Active, connection, scope, Errors. Privacy, permissions, limits/window 영향; follower가 opening button을 눌러야 합니다.
