  1. 1. Rule 만들기

    /app/comment-to-dm 또는 linked @apiway_official DM을 엽니다.

    Apiway에서 열기

  2. 2. Instagram 연결

    올바른 professional account, permissions, activation 전 reconnect.

  3. 3. Scope와 trigger

    특정·다음·모든 post/reel. Comma keywords를 case-insensitive substring match하거나 Every comment.

  4. 4. Reply와 DM chain

    Public replies 선택. Opening button이 24h window를 열고 이후 DM+HTTPS. Advanced: follow gate, contacts, 22h 내 2 follow-ups.

  5. 5. Test·활성화·모니터

    Account/scope/copy/link/branding 확인, 다른 account로 test, Usage/Errors 확인.

흔한 실수

  • 일반 keyword

    각 word는 substring match. 구체적으로 하고 scope를 test하세요.

  • Comments와 inbox 혼동

    Story reply와 DM keyword는 post scope 없는 별도 trigger입니다.

문제 해결

  • Match인데 DM 없음?

    Active, connection, scope, Errors. Privacy, permissions, limits/window 영향; follower가 opening button을 눌러야 합니다.

  • Restriction 위험?

    Official API가 unsupported access 위험을 낮추지만 limits 없음을 보장하지 않습니다. Spam을 피하고 policies 준수.
