WhatsApp and SMS lead notifications: price per message
Lead Transfer can send every new lead from your Facebook, Instagram or TikTok lead form to your own WhatsApp or to your phone by SMS, so you can follow up fast. The message goes only to the number you enter, never to the people who filled in the form. Each message costs a few credits, and the price depends on the country of your number. 1 credit = $0.01. WhatsApp and SMS are available on paid plans.

How to read the table
- One WhatsApp message to your number costs the credits in the WhatsApp column.
- An SMS is charged per part. A short SMS with a lead's name, email and phone is usually 1 part (up to 160 characters in the standard alphabet). Longer text or non-Latin characters can take 2 or more parts.
- The credits are taken from your plan's credit pool, one lead at a time, only when a message is sent.
- Sending the same lead to Google Sheets, Telegram, Gmail and other destinations is priced separately: 2 credits per delivered lead on a paid plan, however many of those destinations it goes to. A WhatsApp or SMS step is charged on its own, by the table above, in addition to those 2 credits.
- Before the first SMS you tick a consent box for your number. Reply STOP to an SMS to stop receiving them.
