How to cancel an Apiway subscription

Cancel Apiway from Account, then Billing. Press Cancel subscription and confirm, or press Manage billing and then Cancel plan in Stripe. The plan stays until the period ends, then the account is Free. Resume subscription before that day keeps the plan. The AI Simulator is the Basic plan, not a second subscription.

What you need

Steps

  1. Open Billing

    Sign in and open Account, then the Billing tab. The direct address is https://apiway.ai/app/account?tab=billing.

    Open in Apiway

  2. Press Cancel subscription

    Press Cancel subscription. Confirm in the dialog. Apiway tells Stripe to cancel at the end of the current period.

  3. Or use Manage billing

    Press Manage billing. Stripe opens. Press Cancel plan there. The result is the same: the plan runs until the period ends.

  4. Know what stays

    You keep the plan and its credits until the period ends. Then the account is Free. Press Resume subscription before that day to keep the paid plan. The AI Simulator closes with Basic because it is not a separate subscription.

Common mistakes

  • Looking for a separate trainer subscription

    The trainer is included in Basic. Cancel subscription on Billing is the only cancel.

  • Expecting the plan to stop the same minute

    Access stays until the end of the period you already paid for.

Troubleshooting

  • I do not see Cancel subscription

    Open Account, then Billing, while you are signed in to the account that pays. A Free account has nothing to cancel. Manage billing opens the same subscription in Stripe.
