Use the Photos tab bulk-upload flow to stage and publish many creator images in one consented batch. This guide covers /app/creators/photos/bulk-upload, browser-side hashing and resizing, duplicate and low-resolution warnings, creator-pool and co-author settings, queued publishing, and the post-publish review screen for regrouping frames into photo sets.

Since 2026-05-07 you can go straight to Upload photos. When the first listing publishes, Apiway auto-publishes a minimal public storefront with an allocated nickname and a generated display name. If you want to control nickname / avatar / bio up front, do it now in Creators → Profile; otherwise come back later — the fields autosave.
Creators defaults on the Photos tab. Click Upload photos to open /app/creators/photos/bulk-upload. The same shortcut appears on your own creator-profile preview as Add photos and in Explore as List as a creator.
Drag images from one or more shoots into the dropzone. PNG, JPEG, WebP, and HEIC are accepted. Apiway hashes files to flag duplicates, warns when the longest edge is below 1500 px, and resizes larger uploads in the browser to a 2560 px maximum edge before staging. A browser-memory ceiling may ask you to send the rest in a second batch.
Choose the creator pool for the batch; the minimum is 83 credits. Add optional co-authors and validate their split before publishing. These settings apply to the listings created from this batch and can be edited later where the listing editor allows it.
On the first marketplace upload, review the creator marketplace consent and choose Agree and publish. Returning creators with stored consent skip the repeated modal. Uploads stage in parallel and the server queues each eligible image after consent; duplicate or failed items show their own status.
The page polls queued, published, skipped, and failed items while the server worker continues. After publishing, open Review photo sets to reorder frames or drag a frame between newly created listings, then Finish to return to your profile. Published items can appear in your storefront and Explore; review does not require a second publish action.

Return to Photos or the upload page to check status; if items remain stuck after an hour, contact support with the approximate upload time and any per-item error.
