Problems in the booking system

We are using pipedrive to manage wedding enquiries up to booked and won stage. Lockdown has thrown a spanner in the works and I wonder has anyone else worked around this. Lots of our wedding couples would only have viewed virtually and now want to start to book in person viewings. We can do this through the calendar but the deals have been marked as won and no longer visible and reminders cannot be set up. Tks
