Twilio CTI Plug-in with Servicenow

Hey everyone have a question. I have an issue with our Twilio CTI Plug-in with Servicenow putting our agents in offline mode after 15min while they are on a call(most calls are not that long but we do have tech support agents that do have long calls). Has anyone experienced this? Also what was the solution?
