I spend a lot of my time doing operations work, like setting up systems and related processes for the various companies that I work with. 'Operationalizing' these companies have a lot of workstreams and I regularly use these apps to keep me and my documentation organized: Loom, CloudApp, Slack, Sunsama. And what do you use?
