Is there a formula that I can use on the master sheet

I have a Master sheet that has 4,000 rows. Is there a formula that I can use on the master sheet to say if a cell in column "A" on the master sheet is equal to a cell in column "A" on a sub sheet, then copy the information from the cells in columns BFLNQS? Or would this possible me conditional formatting? Can conditional formatting be applied between separate sheets and not tabs?
