Facebook new lead to MailerLite not working.

I'm getting this error "not found" when a new lead is generated in facebook and sends to MailerLite. The lead sends to clicksend no problem but does not send to mailerlite. So, I do have two ways that use the same facebook form. Would this be the problem and if so how can I send a lead to two different applications. Thanks. Also any plans to add functionality to send emails through gmail?
