# What costs credits in App Factory and Presentations, and what is free

## Steps



1. Open Pricing In App Factory or in Presentations open **Pricing** in the left menu. It shows two columns: Free and any paid plan. — [open in Apiway](https://apiway.ai/app/app-factory/pricing)
2. See what your apps spend Open **Usage** in the left menu.
3. Upgrade Press **Upgrade**. It opens the Billing tab of your account. — [open in Apiway](https://apiway.ai/app/account?tab=billing)

## If it did not work



- A free app was deleted at the end of its term: Upgrade within 3 days and press **Restore**; it comes back with its data.
- Apiway's agent refuses to start: It needs a paid plan and credits. Press **Upgrade**, or choose **Build free with my own agent**.
- You are not sure about a price: The live numbers are on the Pricing page in the app and on the public [pricing page](https://apiway.ai/pricing).



## Questions and answers



### Do I pay Apiway when ChatGPT or Claude builds my app?



No. You pay only your own subscription with that agent.



### Is a presentation deleted at the end of the Free term?



No. The Free term applies to apps, not to presentations.



### Can I stop Apiway's agent?



Yes, at any moment. Only what was used is charged.
