A way to send emails to people who purchased something a few weeks prior to ask for a review

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a way to send emails to people who purchased something a few weeks prior to ask for a review. I've seen other e-commerce shops send out an email where you can fill the review directly in the body of the e-mail and then the review appears on the shop, on the product page. I've found the "survey" block in Mailerlite, but I don't know if it is possible (or how) to connect it with my shop (I use Shopify) so that it appears on the product page automatically. Is this possible at all or should I simply ask for a review and send people to each product's page so they can leave their review there? Thanks!
