How do you connect a funnel to a store that actually has the product your promoting?

For example did Trey have $20,000,000 worth of torches in his garage? I don't think so, so how did the products get ordered, packed and delivered? What are the steps to connect Click Funnels orders to another store???? New and confused as I really want to promote a physical product I do not have stock of. Is there a guide, video or help page that answers this question available to affiliates. And I am not looking for coaching courses or someone telling me they can help offline for a price. I am looking for a genuine answer that can help anyone else reading this, a link to a click funnels related site or a guide or a video or a blog etc.
