I have created a flow between zoho desk and trello and now users can link a ticket from zoho to trello and comments from trello reflects on Zoho and all good , My problem simply is that in order for flow to work right and added comments in trello to appear in zoho the linked ticket from zoho has to be linked by a support admin but if it was linked by a normal agent all the added comments in trello will never appear. So basically how to solve this ?
