Language + Instagram placement

Hello, I hope you are doing well . I'm currently managing FB ads campaign and I have some questions , may I ask you some advices. Language: I want to target the person who speaks French because our product is in French . So I will do : under ad group setting --> below the part "detailed targeting expansion" --> we found "language" --> here I choose French . Am I doing correctly? Instagram placement : Should we create different ad groups for Facebook and Instagram and run for different creatives ? Currently I am running both placements in same ad group and I found that I only achieved the conversion from Facebook. I hope you have a great day at work !
