What is the best way to sign funnels up through an affiliate link without selling them a front end they don't need?

I just wanted to see if anyone has any experience or advice for my situation. I'm trying to build some funnels and look after the marketing for a few real estate agents I know and then slowly grow from there. I thought I would get them on ClickFunnels as its an awesome software and I can get some commissions at the same time. My issue is, since I've already sold them on ClickFunnels and I'll be building the funnels, they don't need any of the front end offers. This will be my sales tactic for everyone, in person, sell them on ClickFunnels myself and build out there funnels and Marketing. So what is the best way to sign them up through an affiliate link without selling them a front end they don't need? Sorry for the long question, really appreciate all the help.
