How can I run a script on Integromat from Google Sheets (e.g. by pressing a button)?

I keep a list of leads in google sheets and when the database is full, I need to send it to CRM via Integromat. But this only needs to be done when the fields in google sheets are updated. Is it possible to do this, for example by pressing some button in the tables and sending data to Integromat?
