Mailerlite and Dubsado

Is there anyway to make Mailerlite and Dubsado work together? I need dubsado for the proposal and contract part, but I need mailerlite for the email part because emails need to be sent based on the group a person falls in. For example: everyone starts in group A, but if they sign an agreement they move to group B, if they don’t they move to group C. Group B will get another email with a proposal if they sign and accept they will stay in group B if not they will move to group C. Does mailerlite allow you to create proposals and contracts? Can anyone give me directions on the best way to set this up?
