What opt-in plug in Activecampaign do you use that might support both an on-click popup and a drop down menu?

I've been using Thrive Leads and it's worked okay until this last update, so I'm looking at other options. I'd like it to have on-click popups, so when the user clicks an image, a popup appears where they can enter their info. I also have a drop down menu on my opt-ins where users choose a grade-level (audience Is teachers). So the plug In would need to support a drop down menu. What do you use that might support both a on-click popup and a drop down menu?
